This antique Tiny Tot wood stove was manufactured by Fatsco in Benton Harbor, Michigan during the 1890’s-1920’s. Its freestanding installation type makes it easy to place anywhere in the room. With a height of 12 inches, width of 11 inches, and depth of 11 inches, it’s the perfect size for a cozy home. The stove is made of high-quality materials and has a vintage appeal that will enhance any room. It’s an antique piece that will never go out of style. This heating stove is perfect for those who want to add a touch of history to their home. These were originally built to be installed in a boat. There’s mounting holes on the bottom to bolt to a base or platform. Originally made to burn coal but could burn sticks and other small pieces of wood. It would heat up a small building, ice fishing shanty, deer blind quickly. Very nice piece to add to your collection. Has a stainless heat shield around it that I believe was added much later. Pictures from that era show this stove with and without the heat shield. On the front of the cast iron it says. Tiny tot mfg by Fatsco, Betton Harbor, Michigan. With a little girl on it. The ash door and vent works great. Add your wood or coal thru the top access halfmoon opening.
